By accepting this agreement, I certify that I am actively involved in the
cosmetology industry as a licensed practitioner, salon/spa owner, student
in the industry, apprentice, educator, or an employee.
CosmoJobs reserves the right to cancel any membership if deemed inappropriate.
This would include but not be limited to:
o Person not
directly associated with the cosmetology industry.
o Including of
text or graphics in personal/company profiles considered to be
pornographic and vulgar.
o Willfully
providing inaccurate, fraudulent, or illegal content or imagery.
CosmoJobs may cancel at it's judgment any membership for non-payment of
fees if applicable.This would include accounts that: o Fail to update
payment information in a timely manner.o Intentionally give inaccurate
billing information such as invalid credit card or bank account
information.
CosmoJobs will not be held liable in any dispute or legal action
resulting from incorrect statements or inaccuracies in any listings,
personal/company profiles, or any other site content.
I certify that any graphics that are used are licensed or permission
has been given for use in listings on the CosmoJobs Site. CosmoJobs will
not be held responsible in any legal dispute resulting from the use of
unlicensed graphics or imagery.
